ehndroix V little visual bug

Hi, i used your great android from 2012
my user experience was great. my last phone go very well ( s plus) and my mom don't call me for any little problem.
now i use ehndroix V on my nexus 5.
until today was great.... today for two times i've had a visual bug.
black screen with colored lines on top and bottom of screen.
i don't think that depend by the apps, because occours with any app
i've rebooted but the problem still remain.
i' ve flashed but the problem it's still there
now after the 5 time that i reboot the phone don't have problem ( until now)
i need to know if it's a sw or hw problem ( if it' s possible) because my guarantee it's until next month.
i' ve ehndroix v 14.10.14 with multiboot rom.

This problem, sometimes happens on CyanogenMod, so it's a CyanogenMod's bug. It could also be a hardware problem, you should investigate. However the warranty in Italy is for two years.

Grazie alessandro for your reply. But how I can investigate? Could you suggest some method to do it?
